Castanea, d.o.o., B&B Vila Castanea protects all visitors’ data according to the Personal Data Protection Law and other Slovene and European legislation. By sending his/her personal data using the informative or reservation form, the visitor agrees that his/her data will be used by Castanea, d.o.o., B&B Vila Castanea for its internal statistical and data processing use. The company binds itself not to share personal data to other private individuals or legal persons for commercial uses.

Our web pages offer two ways of making a reservation for our capacities.

One option is by e-mail: you send the inquiry and we send you our offer. However, a mere inquiry or an offer does not count as a confirmed reservation – your confirmation of the reservation is essential for the validity of a reservation. If we do not receive your confirmation, we cannot confirm the reservation.

You can also make a reservation and pay directly to our bank account : in this case, the reservation will be confirmed at the moment we get your payment on our bank account. We guarantee the exact accommodation as you ordered it.

If you make reservations and payments online, it is believed that you have read these conditions and you agree with them.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

A guest has the right to cancel a reservation. If the guest cancels the arrangement, Castanea, d.o.o., B&B Vila Castanea has the right to refund costs. The total amount of the costs for the cancelled arrangement depends on the time when the guest cancelled the arrangement. Castanea, d.o.o., B&B Vila Castanea has the right to the following % from the arrangement price in cases of cancelling:

Up to 16 days prior to arrival – no cancellation costs;

15 days to the day of arrival – 100% of the arrangement price.

In cases of changing the arrangement on your own wish or for reasons of force majeure, without reasons on the side of Castanea, d.o.o., B&B Vila Castanea, the guest does not have the right to demand any claim or lowering of the price. Cancelling has to be sent as a written document or by e-mail on the address of the B&B which the reservation was made, or a reservation service of Castanea, d.o.o., B&B Vila Castanea, Ulica talcev 9, 8311 Kostanjevica na Krki.

DATA USE

Castanea, d.o.o., B&B Vila Castanea protect all guests’ data according to the Personal Data Protection Law. It counts that the guest, by accepting the offer, agrees with using his/her data for our statistical purposes and informing our clients of our offers. If the guest does not wish to share his/her data for the above stated purposes, he/she can state that when contacting us.

LOG DATA

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

FINAL DETERMINATIONS

VAT is included in all prices of the Castanea, d.o.o., B&B Vila Castanea offer. Court of jurisdiction in Brežice is competent for all kinds of disputes between clients.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
